GAKU JAPANESE CHARCOAL GRILL
Located in the middle of Silicon Valley, Gaku specializes in authentic Japanese Charcoal Grills also known as "Yakitori". Our menu includes over 30 different types of skewers from various chicken parts, pork, beef, seafoods, and vegetables. All the ingredients are carefully selected and cooked perfectly with our special charcoals imported from Japan, called "Binchotan".

Due to a logistical issue, Gaku is temporally CLOSED ON SUNDAYS.

From Monday through Thursday, Gaku now offers "Weekday Late Night Specials" from 10pm to 12am.
Late Night Specials include various smaller portion dishes that are designed to go well with whatever drinks you are having. Conveniently priced (starting from $3.50/dish), you can try various dishes in one visit. Please ask your server for recommended dishes that match your drinks.
