Gaku specializes in charcoal grilled skewers (Yakitori), carrying over 30 types of skewered chicken parts, pork, beef, seafoods, and vegetables. All the skewers are grilled on top of a special type of charcoal (Binchotan) imported from Japan. Before getting started with "Yakitori", please do not forget to enjoy our fresh salads and appetizers as well.
